Diu Vanza Darji Samaj UK celebrated its third anniversary at Churchdown Community Centre in Churchdown, Gloucestershire on Sunday, the 23rd of June, 2019.
Shreeman Guirish Santilal and Shreemati Prete Arquissandas once again generously offered their restaurant kitchen to concoct a meal that would be appealing to the many guests attending the event.
Over thirteen members of the community stepped away from their routine work on this day to take part in the preparation of the meal for the event. After Shreeman Vinesh Santilal and his team’s unprecedented success in preparing the meal for last year’s anniversary event, they felt compelled to make their return as the ‘Talented Kitchen Team’ for the third anniversary celebration.
The Management Committee of Diu Vanza Darji Samaj UK is extremely grateful for the tremendous effort shown by Shreeman Vinesh Santilal, Shreeman Ajit Puspaceno, Shreeman Jaydip Kalapi, Shreeman Dhirendra Santilal, Shreeman Prieche Cumudechandra, Shreeman Harish Jasvantalal, Shreeman Rajiv Kalapi and Shreeman Sailesh Kapadia, in selflessly preparing a flavoursome meal for the Samaj.
The Management Committee members would also like to express their appreciation towards Shreeman Guirish Santilal and Shreemati Prete Arquissandas for their benevolent provision of their restaurant kitchen for use by the kitchen team.
Shreemati Prete Arquissandas skilfully fabricated a glamorous three tiered cake for the occasion in the colours pink, white and gold.
