Diu Vanza Darji Samaj UK is pleased to invite your family to our forthcoming Election of the Management Committee, on Saturday, the 19th of June 2021.
It is a good time for you to consider whether you would like to have a role to play in the essential, interesting and rewarding work that our committee carries out.
Should you be interested, please fill out the nomination form on this page.
We would encourage you to use your right to nominate yourself for one of the positions of the committee, namely:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- IT & Marketing Communications
- Advisor
- Volunteer(s)
Please forward your nominations to us by no later than Wednesday, the 5th of May, 2021.
The names of candidates will be informed through an email a week before the event.
In the absence of a new candidate for the above-mentioned positions, the existing management committee member will renew its mandate a year and carry forward the work being done.
Members who are 18 years old and above will have the right to vote.
We will update you with regards to the process of election after the 5th of May, 2021
