I wish to put forward my name for one of the following posts at the Election of the Management Committee of Diu Vanza Darji Samaj UK, to be held on Saturday, the 19th of June 2021.
I confirm that I have completed only one Nomination Form and that should I be unable to attend the Election, I shall let you know at least two days prior to the meeting.
